The Algida division of Unilever Magyarország Kft. produces and sells ice cream. It has an extensive commercial network and customer base, which increases several times during the season and represents well over 10,000 points of sale.

The main objective of the implementation project was to integrate data from different source systems into one system, manage, summarize, extract and analyze valuable information in the form of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

One of the main requirements for the new system was flexibility. The company needed to be able to respond immediately to changes in sales, which was not possible with the previous system. The new solution can also analyze consolidated sales data going back several years. We are currently expanding the system to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
