Governance and ownership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teams need to know who owns each part of the plan, how decisions are made, and which metrics define success.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. IBP gives organizations a better way to stay aligned and responsive.
