In 1999, a decision was made to launch a large-scale data warehouse project, which has since become the largest business intelligence project in Central Europe. The tender for the management of the project was won by Bixpert Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>Launched in 2000, the project has passed through the following major milestones<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data warehouse platform selection &#8211; NCR Teradata<\/li>\n<li>Analysis tool selection &#8211; MicroStrategy BI Platform<\/li>\n<li>Data warehouse model design, focusing on security and reporting functionality<\/li>\n<li>Data loading<\/li>\n<li>Customization<\/li>\n<li>Creating a user-friendly environment and training users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The final business intelligence system supports the execution of both ad hoc and standard reports and analysis to meet the needs of marketing, financial, and technical users.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After the first five years of operation, the mobile operator felt the lack of a reliable, up-to-date and functional management information and analysis system.
